Flow, River, Flow!

Am terminat, după aproape o săptămână de muncă, micul cadoul pentru prietena mea River. Sunt primele mărgele pe care le dăruiesc, iar Mădălina aka River le merită din plin.

Fiecare mărgea are legătură cu River, cu felul ei de a fi, de cânta, cu talentul ei la desen, cu ceea ce iubeşte ea: muzica, concediul în Vamă, marea şi pădurea în flăcările toamnei. Unele dintre bile sunt o încercare de a reproduce acele desene pe care ea le-a publicat pe blog. Şi da, i-am cerut acordul înainte, chiar dacă asta a însemnat să stric cumva surpriza. Dar e munca ei şi trebuie respectată!

Pozele nu sunt o reuşită pentru că-s făcute pe fugă, pe auto. Sper din toată inima să-i placă!

I finished, after nearly a week of work, a little gift for my friend River. Those are the first beads that I give way as a present, and Madalina aka River deserves it. Each bead is linked to her, to her way of  Living, to her talent for drawing, to what she loves: music, holidays in Vama Veche, the sea and the forest in autumn. Some balls are an attempt to replicate those designs which she has published on the blog. And yes, I asked her permission before, even if that meant somehow spoil the surprise. But I must respect her work!
Pictures are not a success because it's been made on the run, using the auto mode of the camera. I sincerely hope that she likes the present!
